If you made a deposit but don't see them credited to your account this could be caused by many factors:

Please make sure to have the following ready when you contact support:

1) Please provide us with the coin you deposited.

2) Please provide us with the blockchain transaction so we can track your deposit.

If you have sent Coins to the wrong deposit address:

As stated on every deposit page in bold red, BOA is not responsible for any funds sent to the wrong deposit address.

We try our best to prevent users from making these mistakes by putting a notification on each deposit page in all caps in bright red.

Our current policy is that we will not be able to recover any funds sent to the wrong deposit address.
