Making a withdrawal from BOA is similar to making a deposit.
1) Once you are logged into the main dashboard, look to the right hand side and select My Wallet to enable the drop down menu.
2) Once you select Withdrawal from the drop down menu, you will see the following;
3) Click Select A Coin from the drop down menu and choose the asset you wish to withdrawal.
Please Note: Daily withdrawal limit is valued at $5,000 per day. If you wish to withdrawal a higher balance. Please contact support.
4) Once you have your asset select the next step will show the following page:
5) Enter the Address you wish to withdrawal to
6) Enter the Amount you wish to withdrawal. Please Note: If it is less than a full coin you will need to use a leading 0 before the decimal point such as 0.0988
7) Make sure the total cost is equal to your full balance or less on which you want to withdrawal. The fee is added on to the amount you want to withdrawal.
8) Enter your password
9) Enter your 2FA password (IF YOU HAVE ONE ENABLED) If you don't have 2FA enabled you can skip this step.
10) Click the Withdrawal button.
11) If you have 2FA Enabled your withdrawal process is done. IF YOU DON'T have 2FA enabled you will need to confirm the withdrawal via an email confirmation.
